Job Description
The Living Room is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience through outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide information about services.
