Job Description
The Bible Society of Nigeria is seeking a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will manage guest reservations, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and ensure a high standard of guest experience through seamless check-ins and check-outs.
Key responsibilities include maintaining guest privacy, preparing daily sales reports, and ensuring the hygienic condition of guest rooms. A National Diploma in Social Sciences or Hotel Management with at least 2 years of experience in reputable hotels or guest houses is required.
