Job Description
Grand Maridos Hotel, the leading guest-focused establishment in Ibadan, is seeking applications for the role of Guest Service Agent. Our hotel offers a lavish experience featuring over 40 well-appointed rooms, a conference hall, a restaurant, and a fitness center.
In the position of Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, facilitating check-ins, and addressing inquiries and concerns. Your duties will include resolving guest complaints, processing payments, and providing recommendations for local attractions. Additionally, you will maintain an immaculate and inviting lobby while organizing transportation for guests as necessary.
Salary: N50,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
