Job Description
We are seeking a Guest Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. You will oversee guest services, resolve inquiries and complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to uphold high satisfaction standards.
- Key responsibilities: welcome and register guests; personalize stays; manage VIP and special requests; maintain guest feedback systems; and train front-desk staff.
- Qualifications: at least 3 years in hospitality, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fluent in English, strong customer orientation, and availability for flexible hours.
