Job Description
Lake Greenfield Hotel is seeking a dedicated Guest Relation Officer to provide exceptional customer service and manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and hold at least a diploma.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information about the hotel amenities and local attractions, and addressing any complaints to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests. This is a full-time position based in Abuja, with a salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
