Job Description
Join our team at Ikoyi Club as a Guest Check-In Officer! In this role, you will greet visitors, provide general information about our restaurant, and deliver excellent customer service. You’ll also be responsible for enforcing restaurant policies, answering inquiries about our activities and services, and maintaining records of visitor inquiries.
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Teamwork and flexibility are essential, as this role requires working evenings and weekends.
