Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue for our consumer loan products. This role combines data-driven strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional coordination to scale retail lending.
- Lead growth initiatives using analytics, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to design and execute acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Translate insights into measurable actions and iterate rapidly to improve KPIs.
Requirements: 3+ years in growth or product marketing (fintech preferred), strong SQL and Excel skills, hands-on experience with acquisition channels and experimentation, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset.
