Job Summary:
Broadshift Technologies Limited is seeking a Growth Manager to spearhead our product marketing efforts and implement performance-driven strategies aimed at increasing revenue, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through thorough data analysis. This position is key to enhancing conversion rates across various channels.
Responsibilities:
– Lead user acquisition initiatives via digital advertising, SEO, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
– Analyze customer funnels to pinpoint growth opportunities.
– Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and sales teams.
– Conduct A/B testing to improve customer retention.
– Optimize marketing channels and produce detailed growth reports.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
