Job Description
We are looking for a Growth & Engagement Executive to lead user acquisition, retention, and community engagement through data-driven campaigns and creative strategies. The role focuses on optimizing conversion funnels, managing targeted outreach, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and conducting A/B tests to increase conversion rates and lifetime value.
- Develop and execute growth campaigns informed by analytics
- Optimize user journeys and retention programs
- Collaborate with product and content teams to align tactics
- Monitor KPIs and iterate based on performance
Qualifications: 2+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles; strong analytical skills; experience with CRM and analytics tools; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
