Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Growth Associate to actively engage with individuals in prominent public spaces and promote our Club Concierge memberships. Your responsibilities will include qualifying prospects, capturing contact information, and assisting with events and on-site activations, all while striving to meet daily lead generation targets.
Qualifications for this position include a minimum of a High School diploma (a degree in Sales or Marketing is preferred) and at least one year of experience in promotions, sales, or event marketing. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Swahili or other languages is advantageous. We seek candidates who possess charisma, confidence, and excellent interpersonal skills.
