Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Group and Events Sales Manager to drive business development for group bookings and events. This role requires generating qualified leads, cultivating client relationships, negotiating contracts, preparing customized proposals, and coordinating with operations to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate is target-driven with strong presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or event sales
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Responsibilities include forecasting, reporting, and creating revenue-maximizing packages
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities are required.
