Job Description
Join the Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development (CeProd) in Lagos as a Graphics and Customer Service Associate. We are seeking a creative and organized individual to produce captivating graphics and deliver outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries through email and WhatsApp, while also creating visually appealing content for our marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities: Respond professionally to customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, maintain accurate customer records, and design graphics for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements: Prior experience in customer service, proficiency in CorelDRAW, Canva, or Adobe Photoshop, strong written English skills, multitasking capabilities, and a keen eye for design.
