Virginrose Resorts is seeking a motivated General Supervisor with 0-1 year of experience. This role involves:

• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Ensuring staff performance meets company standards and tasks are completed accurately.
• Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans.
• Reporting performance records to HR and senior management.
• Ensuring smooth operations throughout the hotel.
