Job Description
We are seeking an experienced General Manager (GM) to lead Sweatbox Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all gym operations, managing financial performance, providing exceptional customer service, and leading staff effectively. Your leadership will be critical in driving growth, enhancing member satisfaction, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Additionally, you will work closely with ownership to develop strategies aimed at growth and brand expansion.
This role requires shift work—either from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM—three days a week for each shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: ₦250,00.00 monthly
Experience: Minimum 3 years in management required
