Job Description
Resource Intermediaries Limited (RIL), a leading HR Outsourcing and Consulting firm, is actively seeking an enthusiastic professional for the role of General Manager. This pivotal position will oversee our agricultural and agro-allied investments in Ibadan, Oyo.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising department heads, overseeing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing sustainable farming practices. A Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture is required, with a Master’s Degree preferred. Candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in commercial farming.
The salary for this role ranges from N500,00 to N750,00 per month.
