HRLeverage is searching for a highly qualified General Manager (Operations) to lead our client’s daily operations within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership and operational management capabilities. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, enhancing productivity, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in senior operations roles, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
