Job Description
We are seeking a General Manager of Corporate Finance to define financial strategy and lead capital planning, treasury, and M&A activities. You will oversee FP&A, risk management, and regulatory compliance, manage a team of finance professionals, and advise the executive team on investments and capital structure while ensuring effective transaction execution.
- Qualifications: degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred); 10+ years in corporate finance with leadership experience; strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
