Job Description

PricewaterhouseCoopers is looking for an experienced professional to oversee our Business Services function. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership in business development, human capital management, and operational support, all while ensuring alignment with our long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate and implement business strategies, maintain service level standards, foster talent development, ensure the reliability of IT systems, and deliver strategic market insights.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management, along with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial position. Candidates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration or an MSc in Management will be given preference.
