Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the operations of BON Hotels International West Africa. This pivotal role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences while driving business growth through effective leadership and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities: You will guide hotel staff towards operational excellence, develop revenue growth strategies, ensure top-notch guest services, oversee budgets and financial performance, and enforce hotel policies.
Requirements: Candidates should have experience in the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership and communication skills, demonstrate strategic problem-solving abilities, and have a background in financial management.
Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
