Job Description
Amala 360 Degrees Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated General Manager to lead our daily restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure seamless service, oversee team hiring and training, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities also include adhering to health and safety standards, monitoring food quality, and managing financial tasks such as budgeting. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are vital for success in this position.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess 3–5 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is mandatory. Salary range: ₦220,00.00 – ₦270,00.00 per month, with performance incentives offered.
