Job Description
International IDEA seeks a dedicated GBV Policy and Strategy Development Specialist to design and lead policy frameworks that prevent and respond to gender-based violence and promote gender equality. The role involves policy analysis, strategic planning, stakeholder consultation, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure evidence-based, context-sensitive program implementation. The ideal candidate will possess deep subject-matter expertise on GBV, strong analytical and written communication skills, and proven experience translating policy into effective, measurable program outcomes.
