Job Description
Ascentech Services Ltd seeks a full-time Furniture Production Supervisor to plan, schedule, and manage daily production across woodworking, metal fabrication, upholstery, finishing, and assembly. You will ensure consistent quality, minimize waste, control costs, and drive on-time delivery while supervising, training, and disciplining production teams.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams; implement KPIs and HSE practices.
- Maintain equipment and champion Lean/5S continuous improvement.
- Work location: on the road (Ikeja, Lagos).
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering or Industrial Management), 4–5 years in furniture manufacturing, strong joinery/CNC/upholstery knowledge, demonstrated leadership, MS Office proficiency; AutoCAD is a plus.
