Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Front Desk Officer to oversee guest relations and daily operations at our shortlet apartments. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating housekeeping, maintaining accurate records, and marketing units to your client network.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc.; hospitality or front-desk experience required.
- Skills: established client base, strong sales and communication abilities, basic computer proficiency.
- Requirements: professional appearance and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Employment: Full-time. Salary: ₦100,00–₦150,00 per month.
