Job Description
CrownBak Health is actively seeking a professional and articulate Front Desk Receptionist to oversee client interactions, manage calls, and assist with clinic operations. As the first point of contact at our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in welcoming patients and facilitating effective communication on a daily basis.
Required Skills: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication, Time Management, Customer Service, Multitasking, Record-Keeping, Basic Technical Skills, and Professionalism.
Qualifications: OND/HND/BSc in any field, 1-2 years of experience in front desk or customer service positions, proficiency in MS Office and WhatsApp for Business, and a polished professional appearance. Prior experience in a clinic setting is an advantage. Candidates must live in the Lekki-Ajah area.
