Job Description
Pro-drivers.ng is in search of a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners. This full-time role involves managing reception duties, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and attending to visitors with professionalism.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Keeping the reception area organized and managing appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with client registration.
- Supporting documentation and overseeing mail deliveries.
- Providing administrative assistance to the management team.
Salary: Starting at ₦80,00.00 per month
Location: Lagos (Reliable commuting or relocation preferred)
