Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Front Desk Officer at Express Resource Connect. As the initial point of contact for our guests, you will deliver outstanding customer service, manage check-ins and check-outs, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage room assignments and issue key cards.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
- 1 year of front desk experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed appearance.
Pay: ₦50,00 per month. Expected Start Date: 01/02/2025.
