Job Description

Salary: ₦90,00 Monthly
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet clients and escort them to their designated beauty stations.
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email.
- Process transactions and issue receipts.
- Welcome walk-ins and schedule appointments based on availability.
- Inform clients about new services and discounts while cross-selling when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front desk role or similar position.
- Familiarity with office machines and basic bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English (oral and written).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
