Job Description
Tenstrings Music Institute is seeking an exceptional female candidate to manage our front desk operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to clients and visitors.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.
- Handle appointments and bookings.
- Maintain records and databases.
- Process payments and transactions.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Must reside in Festac Town, Lagos.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦70,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
