Job Description
Profound Impact Consults is currently hiring for the position of Front Desk Officer. This full-time role, located in Akobo, Ibadan, Oyo State, will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities: You will welcome visitors, manage inquiries, maintain a professional reception area, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, and assist with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace are essential.
