Job Description
Oakwood Montessori School is currently seeking a courteous and highly organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the primary point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and relevant experience in an educational or corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing front office operations, addressing inquiries, maintaining visitor logs, and providing support for various administrative tasks. Candidates must possess at least an HND/Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of pertinent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, outstanding customer service abilities, and the capacity to remain professional under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
