Job Description
Northlight HR Managers is seeking a Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations at our petrol filling station, LPG refilling plant, supermarket, and retail sales services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Manage phone calls and emails.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve issues.
- Ensure cleanliness of the front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
- Experience in retail or petroleum operations.
