Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome patients and visitors and answer phone inquiries.
2. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
3. Handle payments and manage billing inquiries.
4. Ensure an organized and clean front desk area.
5. Uphold patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
