Job Description
Cynard Eye Clinic seeks a full-time Front Desk Officer in Port Harcourt to welcome patients, manage registrations, explain insurance/HMO coverage, maintain the clinic portal, answer phones courteously, prepare bills and process payments, and provide appointment and eyewear care information.
- Qualifications: HND or B.Sc. in a health or science field, NYSC completed, 1–2 years’ relevant experience.
- Skills: strong communication, customer service, and organizational abilities; proficient with Healthcare Management Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Compensation: ₦50,00–₦70,00/month (full-time).
- Residence: candidates should live near Mgbuoba, NTA Road, Obirikwere, Odili Road, Woji, or Elelenwo.
