Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs, deliver outstanding assistance, manage payment transactions, coordinate reservations, and maintain accurate company records.
Qualifications: Strong communication abilities, flexibility, professionalism in high-pressure environments, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a degree in hotel management is preferred.
