Job Description
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Executive to warmly welcome visitors, manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and maintain a polished reception area. You will handle guest check-ins, basic administrative duties, mail sorting, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with standard office software; organized and punctual
- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or hospitality experience and bilingual capabilities are preferred
