Job Description

EE Wellness Hub is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Officer to be the initial point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will excel in providing outstanding customer service, managing appointment schedules, and ensuring efficient daily reception operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Efficiently handle check-ins, bookings, and registrations.
• Promptly respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Keep accurate records of client information.
• Provide details about services and gym policies.
• Address minor complaints and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Alakija/Satellite Town, Lagos State.
• High School Diploma required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must.
