Job Description

This full-time role is essential for managing front desk operations and delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and oversee the reception area.
- Professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications: A B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or a related field, 1-3 years of experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance are required.
