Job Description
TECHVINTAGE is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to become an integral part of our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service while facilitating a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Your key responsibilities will include answering phone inquiries, managing reservations, and assisting guests with their needs. Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are critical for success in this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not mandatory.
