Job Description
Filmhouse Cinemas Limited, a leading film exhibition company focused on cinema operations and management, is seeking a Front Desk Administrator for our Victoria Island office in Lagos. This position is vital as it serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, overseeing communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Your key responsibilities will include welcoming guests, managing incoming mail, conducting research, organizing meetings, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring adequate office supplies. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk role and exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
