Job Description
FRCC Construction Limited is currently looking for a skilled Freelance Estimator/Tender Consultant to join our team. This role involves preparing technical and financial bid documents for various public and private construction projects throughout Nigeria. This position is remote and is ideally suited for professionals located in Nigeria.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in successful tender submissions in Nigeria.
- Proficient in pricing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and creating financial bids.
- Knowledge of BPP, TETFUND, and SUBEB tendering processes.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or background in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Procurement.
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
