Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and security. The successful candidate will lead, train, and motivate departmental teams to ensure efficient check-in/check-out, outstanding guest service, impeccable room standards, cleanliness, and prompt maintenance.
- Manage guest feedback, resolve complaints, and handle special requests to sustain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-departmental activities and maintain operational standards.
- Requirements: 4–6 years’ experience in hotel operations or hospitality. Full-time role. Compensation: up to ₦150,00 per month.
