Resoc Properties is looking for a motivated Financial & Investment Analyst to join our vibrant team in Lagos. The successful candidate will perform financial analysis, assess investment opportunities, and aid in asset allocation strategies. This entry-level position requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities include conducting investment research, performing due diligence, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure investments align with client objectives. Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of financial statements are essential for this role. Candidates should reside in Lagos Island areas, such as Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, or Ajah.
