Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead the accounting function, ensure accurate financial reporting, and direct budgeting and forecasting processes. The role oversees month-end close, prepares statutory and management reports, implements and maintains internal controls, and coordinates with auditors and tax advisors.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Skills: advanced Excel, ERP proficiency, proven leadership, strong attention to detail, integrity, and effective communication.
This position supports strategic decision-making and ensures regulatory compliance across the organization.
