Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. You will ensure timely, accurate month-end close, implement robust internal controls, prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements, support external audits, and enhance financial systems and processes. The role includes leading and mentoring a small accounting team, collaborating with department heads, and providing strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Minimum 5 years in controller or senior accounting roles
- Proven ERP experience, advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication
