Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role includes leading month-end close, analyzing financial performance against targets, and implementing internal controls to support strategic decision-making.

• Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, 5+ years of financial leadership experience, advanced Excel and ERP skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Preferred: CPA or CMA certification.
• Ideal candidate: proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and sustainable growth.
