Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented, experienced Finance and Internal Control Manager to lead financial operations and ensure adherence to internal policies. The ideal candidate will strengthen internal control frameworks while overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities.
- Develop and enhance internal control systems and procedures
- Prepare and review financial statements and budgets
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Train and mentor staff on financial policies and best practices
