Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Specialist to manage daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support. The role includes preparing monthly financial reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring tax and regulatory compliance, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Skills: Advanced Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
