Job Description
We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Specialist responsible for financial reporting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and cash-flow monitoring, while managing vendor coordination, office operations, and document control. This position reports to the Finance Manager and provides opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.
- Prepare monthly reports, analyze transactions, reconcile accounts, and support audits.
- Oversee administrative duties, vendor relations, and office processes, maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; minimum 2 years’ experience; proficiency in Excel and accounting software; strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
