Job Description
Role Overview: The Field Support Technician plays a crucial role in executing both planned and emergency operations and maintenance (O&M) services, adhering to approved protocols and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the root causes of customer issues and implement effective resolutions.
- Execute technical solutions at Point of Presence locations.
- Support disaster recovery efforts.
- Perform facility maintenance and quality control assessments.
- Manage inventory and prepare routine reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical capabilities, and troubleshooting skills.
