Job Description
We seek a professional Field Sales Agent to generate leads, educate prospects, conduct site inspections, and close property sales. Compensation: ₦70,00–₦90,00/month plus transport allowance. This is a full-time field role.
- Source clients through field marketing and referrals; present properties and guide site tours.
- Maintain accurate records, meet weekly and monthly targets, and support promotional activities and transaction closings.
- Requirements: Minimum SSCE or OND; prior sales or field marketing experience preferred.
- Must possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment. Familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is an advantage.
